Slow Cooker Chili

4 lbs fresh ground beef...
2 cans kidney beans
3 cans pork and beans
2 cans diced tomatoes
4 celery stalks
1 large onion
2 diced red peppers
3 medium carrots
2 lbs mushrooms
6 - 8 cloves minced garlic
1 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp Brass Ring Medium

Cook beef in frying pan, sprinkle Medium as it cooks. Put in slow cooker. Add all other ingredients and cook on low for at least 4 hours.

Serve with a buttered dinner bun or garlic bread.

Sprinkle with Brass Ring Original on top of the chili when serving, as well as some shredded marble cheese if desired. Delicious!

tip: use Spicy if you are brave. Or our Cajun Seasoning!
