Devilled Eggs

6 hard boiled eggs, halved, yolks removed
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1/4 cup mayo
1/2 tsp dry ground mustard
1/2 tsp your favourite Brass Ring Seasoning (Spicy is good)
1 tsp paprika

suggestion: add a dash of sriracha or peri-peri sauce to the mixture.

mix yolk with parsley, mayo, mustard, Seasoning and paprika. Whip up with fork, and place in piping bag. Swirl mixture into the empty egg. Sprinkle with chives or green onion and of course your favourite Brass Ring Seasoning (Cajun or Spicy are good, or use Original if you don’t want any heat. All are good).
