Real peach powder (from actual peaches) gives this rub a real, good, wholesome flavour. It's like going back to Grammie's house for Sunday dinner but better. It is really, really good. Try it with beer can or rotisserie chicken. Boneless chicken thighs are a new fave for me (pictured).
