Breakfast Casserole

Very easy, not much prep.

30 tater tots (we deep fried ours)

1 lb bacon, chopped and cooked

1/2 lb your favourite cheese, grated (we used marble)

4 eggs, beaten

Splash of milk

1/2 tsp Brass Ring Original (divided)

Deep fry or bake tater tots per instructions on bag. Let cool. Doesn't need to be cold, just not really hot.

Cook bacon, drain, let cool. Doesn't need to be cold, just not really hot.

Preheat oven to 375 F.

Once cooled, add both to large bowl and mix in cheese. Mix thoroughly, place in 6 x 10 casserole dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp Brass Ring Original. Beat eggs with milk and 1/4 tsp Brass Ring Original. Pour egg mixture on top of tater tot mixture.

Place in oven for 7 mins or until egg is thoroughly cooked. Top with more grated cheese. Done when cheese on top is cooked.


we added a small amount of peri-peri to the eggs (delish!). Next time we will try with sausages and mushrooms
