2 tbsp. butter

2 tbsp. all purpose flour

1 cup milk

7 slices processed cheese or equivalent amount of fresh cheese (we used marble)

1 tsp Brass Ring Medium

Melt butter over medium heat

Add flour, mix until well blended

Add milk, mix until well blended

Add cheese

Add BR Medium

Cook and stir occasionally until well blended, about 15 mins
