Jerk Chicken

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (can also substitute pork chops)

1/8 cup oil

2 tbsp lime juice (approx. 1 lime)

2 tbsp Brass Ring Jerk Mix

Mix oil, lime juice and Jerk Mix in a bowl. Coat chicken and refrigerate for 2 hours. We cut the chicken in half (parallel to the counter - not so dry) but it's not necessary.

Preheat bbq or grill to desired temperature. If using oven, preheat to 375 F. Once hot, set chicken on grill, leaving paste on. Turn frequently so as not to burn the paste. Cook for 15-20 mins or until fully cooked. 

Serve with rice or veggies.
