Chicken Cordon Bleu
2 chicken breasts
1 pkg (397 g) puff pastry
8 slices ham
4 slices Monterey Jack cheese
4 slices Havarti cheese
1/4 tsp Brass Ring Original
Preheat oven to 350 F
Slice chicken laterally (parallel to the counter so that you get 4 chicken breast that are thin and somewhat equal size)
Place in a pan with olive oil and bake for 20 - 30 mins or until done. Set aside to cool.
While cooling, divide pastry into 4 pieces and roll out enough to place chicken in centre and be able to fold over.
Sprinkle with BR Original
Place 2 slices ham on each piece of chicken
Place 1 slice each Jack and Havarti cheese on each piece of chicken
Fold puff pastry over chicken and pinch edges. Place in oven for 30 - 40 mins or until golden brown
