Peri-Peri Salmon

This recipe is incredibly simple. You will need:

1/8 - 1/4 cup Peri-peri sauce

Dash of your favourite whisky

Dash of maple syrup

1/2 tsp Brass Ring Original

Mix ingredients together. Place salmon in large Ziploc bag, pour marinade in. Seal bag and turn to coat all surfaces. Refrigerate overnight.

When ready to grill, put on cedar plank or tin foil. Pour whatever marinade is left in the Ziploc bag onto the salmon, and sprinkle with BR Original.

Cook until done to desired crispiness and sprinkle with a little more BR Original.


P.S. this is one of our favourites and it does not disappoint. It's a must try. Good with so many different sides.
