Beef Stroganoff
2 lbs lean beef cut into chunks
2 pkgs (227g each) light cream cheese (we use garlic and herb)
1 lb mushrooms, cut thick
2 tsp Cranky Jimmy's Original
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
favourite pasta

Brown beef in a hot pan, sprinkle with Cranky Jimmy's Original as you brown. Place into slow cooker with water or beef broth and the rest of the Original. Cook on low for 4 - 6 hours. If you don't brown the meat, it will all just fall apart to the point where you can't use it.

In a pot, melt the cream cheese and add a little of the broth from the slow cooker. Mix well. If desired, you can add a little Cranky Jimmy's Original to the cream cheese mixture. Sauté the mushrooms and add to the cream cheese. Add the beef and mix well.

Cook pasta as per package instructions. Place cooked pasta on plate, pour cream cheese mixture on top, sprinkle with Parmesan and enjoy!
