Tacos

1 - 2 lbs lean ground beef or ground turkey (we’ve also used ground pork)

1/2 cup water

1 tbsp. Brass Ring Taco Mix (approx.)

In a hot pan, cook meat. When almost cooked, add water and simmer for 1 minute. Add BR Taco Mix and stir. Simmer until all the water has boiled off and you are left with nice, saucy meat mixture.

Serve on Chewy Tortillas (pictured - recipe on this website), or your favourite taco shell (also great on nachos instead of just plain hamburger). Serve with your favourite toppings.
