Preheat oven to 350 F or heat BBQ
Cut potatoes into wedges
Place in tin foil boat
Put a couple dollops of butter on wedges
Put 2 cloves minced garlic on wedges
Sprinkle 2 tsp of your favourite Brass Ring flavour
Bake in oven for 30 minutes or on top shelf of BBQ for 45 mins
Uncover and let brown for another 15 - 20 mins
Broil if needed
Sprinkle with your favourite Brass Ring flavour and serve with sour cream or your favourite dip.
