100 - 150 grams of thinly sliced roast beef
1 tsp Brass Ring Original, Medium or Spicy, divided
1 tbsp honey mustard, or favourite mustard
1 cup beef broth
dash of soy sauce (optional)
heat pan to medium/high
Add 1/4 tsp Brass Ring Original to garlic butter, mix and spread on sausage bun. Place on hot pan.
Once toasted, add mustard, then add the beef, folding as you go. If you really want to get crazy, add just a little bit of mustard in the middle of the beef so you get the flavour throughout.
In a small bowl, mix the beef broth, remaining Brass Ring Original and soy sauce if desired.
You can put a dash of BR Original on the bun or the meat as well if desired. The beef broth, even with the dash of soy sauce will be far less salty than bullion. It is really good, and a new favourite in our house!
