4 slices Rouladen (thinly sliced beef, ask your butcher), halved
8 dill pickles, whole
1/2 sweet onion, minced
3-4 tsp Dijon mustard, halved
3-4 tsp yellow mustard, halved
8 slices thick-cut bacon, almost cooked
1 tsp Brass Ring Original
Preheat oven to 350 F
Mix the mustards, onion and Brass Ring Original.
Brown the beef in a hot pan. Once all 8 browned, place on a flat surface, and place a spoonful of the mustard mixture onto the Rouladen. Place a slice of bacon on the Rouladen, breaking in half if needed (traditionally the bacon goes on the outside, and it's raw, but it's hard to wrap and it doesn't always cook right for us - you decide which is best). Place a full dill pickle in the middle of the Rouladen and roll it up. Place 2 toothpicks to keep it all together. Once all Rouladens put together, place in a greased pan and place any remaining mustard/onions on top. Cook about 15 - 25 mins or until the beef is done.
