Garlic Roasted Potatoes

4 - 6 medium red or yellow potatoes cut into eighths (we used new potatoes, cut into halves)

1/4 cup salad dressing (we used Greek with Feta, but Italian is best)

2 tsp Brass Ring Original

4 - 6 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

Wash and cut potatoes as desired and place into bowl. Add dressing, garlic and BR Original. Stir to coat evenly, and let marinate for at least 2 hours in fridge.

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Place marinated potatoes in greased pan and cover with tin foil. After 30 mins remove tin foil and bake another 10 mins. Broil if required. You can sprinkle more BR Original on the finished product if desired (and it will be good).
