Puffy Tacos

1 1/2 lb ground beef or turkey

1/2 cup water

1 pkg puff pastry

1 cup marble cheese, grated

1 tbsp Brass Ring Taco Mix

In a pan, cook ground meat on medium heat. When almost finished cooking, add water and simmer for 1 minute. Add preferred amount of BR Taco Mix - usually around 1 tbsp. but could be more or less. Stir and let simmer the water has boiled off. Set aside to cool

Preheat oven to 350 F

Roll out puff pastry into squares, roughly 5" x 5". Place cooled taco meat in a diagonal line on the puff pastry square. Top with a pinch of cheese and roll. Place on baking sheet.

Place pan in oven and bake for 20 mins or until golden brown. Serve with sour cream and or salsa.
