Brass Ring Cajun has a really great southwest taste to it. It is amazing on chicken, potatoes and eggs, also on seafood, salmon, scallops and shrimp especially. It is very good on creamy things like chowders or creamy pasta dishes - cottage cheese is a must try for sure.
This one has very warm heat, similar heat as Brass Ring Medium, but sprinkle sparingly. Too much can be overpowering depending on your tastes.
