This makes a very nice, smooth and creamy butter chicken. Very easy to make, only takes about 5 minutes and it freezes well. See website for full recipe details, but it's just melt butter, saute onions, add tomatoes (we used canned), tomato paste, cream and 2 tbsp of Brass Ring Butter Chicken and simmer for 5 minutes. Traditional is to cook the chicken in the sauce, we cook on the side and add. It's the perfect blend of spices to make your mouth water.
